INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS:ICST 2026 Conference

1. General Submission Policies and Requirements
  1. All research and application-oriented submissions are welcome.
  2. Authors must indicate one of the conference tracks that best describe the paper topic.
  3. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be accepted.
  4. All papers must be written in clear, conversational English.
  5. Submitted work must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere during the review period.
  6. A paper may be excluded from distribution if it is not presented at the conference.
  7. All papers must be prepared according to IEEE conference templates.
2. Research Papers (Full Submissions)
A. Initial Submission and Review Guidelines
  1. Platform: All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS platform: EDAS ICST 2026
  2. Anonymity (Review): Single-Blind review. Reviewers see author names; authors do not see reviewer names.
  3. Review Criteria:
    1. Originality: Unique contribution and proper references.
    2. Clarity: Paper content presented clearly.
    3. Quantitative Content: Adequate supporting data provided.
B. Formatting and Layout Compliance
  1. Manuscripts must strictly follow the IEEE 2-column format.
  2. Minimum paper length: 3 pages; Maximum: 6 pages.
  3. Single-spaced, 215.9 x 279.4 mm (8.5 x 11 inch) paper size, font ≥ 10pt.
  4. Abstracts: 20–250 words.
  5. Templates available: IEEE Templates
  6. Remove IEEE copyright footer before submission.
  7. Presenter indicated with an asterisk (*) if multiple authors.
  8. Do not include page numbers.
C. Registration and Publication
  1. At least one author must register and present for the paper to be listed.
  2. Non-adherence: Paper will be dropped from IEEE Xplore submission.
  3. Conference proceedings will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible inclusion and indexed by SCOPUS.
  4. Selected papers may be invited for extended journal versions.
3. Technical Presentations
  1. Focus: Practical applications, innovative solutions, case studies, best practices.
  2. Submission Type: Presentation or demonstration related to conference tracks.
  3. Abstract: ≤500 words, including title, authors, affiliation, emails.
  4. All submissions undergo double-blind review.
  5. Selection based on originality, relevance, and interest to delegates.
  6. Use the provided template for presentations.
  7. At least one author must register and present; otherwise, the presentation will be dropped.
💻 EDAS Portal Submission Text (Initial Research Papers)
  1. Account: Register on EDAS if first time: EDAS ICST 2026
  2. Registration: Submit title, abstract, author list, select track, provide keywords.
  3. Metadata Check: Authors, title, abstract must match PDF metadata.
  4. Upload: Submit PDF (max 6 pages, IEEE 2-column). Re-upload until due date.
